Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Westbrook Clear Farms is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for field records. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
