Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Rivermark Forge Freight is a Atlanta logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
