Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Northwind Wilder Auto Group is a Anchorage company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
