Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Ironwood Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Seattle focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
