Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Cedar Meadow Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
