Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Foods Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for production batches. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
