Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Harborlight Beacon Manufacturing makes precision components in Raleigh, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
