Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak River Press and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for bindery work. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
