Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Forge Inspection Services and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
