Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bright Quill Foods is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
