Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Loom Manufacturing and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
