Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Ironwood Linden Foods produces packaged foods at its Portland plant, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for production batches. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
