Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Redstone Lantern Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
