Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Stonegate Hollow Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Boise, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
