Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Ironwood Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the El Paso region. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
