Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Silverline Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for test reports. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
