Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Fernwood Thistle Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Fresno region, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
