Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Fernwood River Markets serves neighbourhoods around Memphis with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
