Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Greenridge Beacon Manufacturing makes precision components in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for production lines. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
