Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Harborlight Drift Inspection Services is an inspection company in Philadelphia with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for test reports. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
