Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Clearpath Rook Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for work orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
