Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pike Markets and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
