Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Cedar Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
