Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
