Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Summit Loom Construction is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for safety records. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
