Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Harborlight Pike Construction is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
