Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Fernwood Iron Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Fresno, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
