Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Lumen River Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
