Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Cedar Nest Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for work orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
