Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Stonegate Field Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for work orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
