Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Rivermark Rook Manufacturing Partners is a Rochester manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 812 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for tooling. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
