Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Oak Inspection Services is an inspection company in Portland with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration.
