Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Cedar Foods produces packaged foods at its Phoenix plant, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
