Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Fox Manufacturing and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
