Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Nest Markets is a Philadelphia retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
