Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Harbor Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for production batches. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
