Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Rowan Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for test reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
