Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Union Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
