Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Ivory Foods produces packaged foods at its Philadelphia plant, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
