Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Orlando, FL)

Cedar Ivory Foods produces packaged foods at its Orlando plant, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
