Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Bridge Freight Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for proof of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
