Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Loom Manufacturing and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
