Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Kestrel Markets is a Oklahoma City retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
