Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
