Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
