Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Cross Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for service complaints. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
