Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wren Farms and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
