Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wren Freight Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
