Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Umber Foods Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
