Senior Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Forge Freight is a Memphis logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We reward reliability. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for proof of delivery. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
